How long does a commission take?

Once your doll arrives at the studio, our current turnaround time is 4–6 weeks for one head. This can be shorter or longer depending on workload and your needs. If we foresee any changes to our usual timeframe we will contact you to discuss!
What is the difference between a Fullset and a Partial Fullset?
▾
A Fullset is the “complete experience”— head, body, faceup, eyes, and sometimes an outfit.
A Partial Fullset includes the head with a faceup, wig and eyes, but no body. Check each listing carefully to see what’s included!
Do you offer Layaway or Payment Plans?

Yes! We understand this is a luxury hobby and things get expensive! So with that in mind we try to be very flexible with layaways. We do ask that you understand payments are non-refundable in most circumstances, especially if the work has already been done. If you experience financial hardship during a commission, please just talk to us so that we can find a suitable solution together!
Faceups & Customs ♡
Can I send you a head I already own?

Yes! We love working on your personal collection.
However, we only accept authentic (non-recast) heads. Please ensure the head is thoroughly cleaned and all previous paint is removed before shipping to the studio otherwise there will be a cleaning fee. We would discuss this with you upon receiving the doll.

Manicures & Decora Hands ♡
What is a ‘Dolly Manicure’?

You have the choice to either have standard acrylic nails applied with colour/pattern of your choice, ‘Decora hands’ which means nails and hand decorations or we can simply paint the nails already on your doll. There’s a level for everyone!
Do I need to send the whole doll for a manicure/Pedicure?
▾
No! To save on shipping, you can simply pop the hands off and send them to us. Please ensure they are safely padded so the pegs don’t snap during transit. You’re free to send us links or pictures of your dolls however to help us get the right vibe! Just include any references in the uploader when you fill out a commission form.
Eyes ♡
Can I request custom eye designs?

Absolutely! If you have a specific colour palette or design in mind that isn’t listed in the shop, Fill out a commission form for custom eyes and we’ll work together to create the perfect pair of eyes to complete your look.
